You decide whether to continue. The trial doesn't need a credit card, so nothing is charged automatically. Without a subscription your access pauses and your data is kept.
Everyone who works with flicono in the office. Drivers only need the driver app. Subcontractors and customers you invite don't pay anything on your account.
Flic charges by usage from your AI credit. To get started we give you 1 million tokens. After that you buy packs, one-time and without a subscription; prices are listed above under AI credit. If you like, flicono tops up automatically before your credit runs low. You can see what each feature uses any time in the settings under Usage and costs.
Yes, with monthly billing you can cancel at the end of the current billing month. There's no setup fee. With an annual plan you save two months and commit for 12 months.
No. Your orders, customers and emails remain yours and are not used to train AI models. flicono's servers and database run in Europe, in Amsterdam (Netherlands). For AI we use Anthropic Claude through the API, a US provider that doesn't use API data for training. Which service providers process your data and why is fully listed in our privacy policy.
Spedion, Google Workspace, any mailbox via IMAP, Todoist, Pipedrive, phone and the bridge to the previous flicono TMS. sevDesk and DATEV are coming soon.
Classic tools are database forms: you type, they store. flicono works along with you. Emails become orders, stops are put in a sensible order, Flic summarizes long emails. You take care of dispatch, the AI handles the rest in the background.
No, but you can import them. Excel and CSV import is built in, and Flic maps the columns. Existing data from Pipedrive comes over with one click, and a running previous flicono TMS stays in sync through the bridge.
